- Add user who will be attending an appointment
- Menu à Information à User Profiles
- Schedule the appointment
- Menu à Information à Manage Appointments à Add à Enter the Appointment Details à Save
- Add attendees to the appointment
- Manage Appointments à Click the Desired Appointment à Attendees Tab
- Send appointment confirmation emails to the attendees
- Attendees Tab à Check the Attendees Needing a Confirmation Email à Send Appointment Button
- Monitor Appointment Schedule
- Menu à Information à Manage Appointments à Appointment Board
- Cancel the Appointment if Necessary
- Menu à Information à Manage Appointments à Check the Desired Appointment à Cancel Appointment à Yes (To Prompt)
- Attendees check in by scanning check in QR code at the appointment location
- QR code is linked to Renaissant Visitor C2 web application
- Attendees check out by scanning the QR code at the appointment location
- QR code is linked to Renaissant Visitor C2 web application

- Visitor Arrives for Appointment
- Check in Visitor (If Done from Web Application)
- Visitors Widget à Check In à Fill in Visitor Details
- If Visitor has verified appointment àSave Visit
- If Visitor does not have verified appointment àDenied
- If Visitor has verified appointment, but the person/s with whom the Visitor is scheduled to meet is unavailable àUnavailable
- Check In Visitor (Done with QR Code at Appointment Location)
- Appointment attendees scan QR Code linked to Renaissant Visitor C2 application and follow the prompts to check in for their appointment
- Check the Visitor Out when Appointment is Over
- Visitors Widget à Check the Desired Visitor on the Visitor Board à Check Out
- Visitors can also check out by scanning the QR code at the appointment location and clicking Check Out
